  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

    We only offer free shipping on orders over $110 CAD. We do offer a $10 shipping fee for customers located in Calgary, Alberta. If you have additional questions or need further clarification, feel free to contact our customer support team. We're here to assist you!

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    All order can be shipped internationally with varying shipping fees for each country.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

    As of February 28, 2024, we have updated our policy and unfortunately, we no longer accept returns on any purchases. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and canceling an order within 3 days of its placement is acceptable. If you need to cancel an order or have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team at tayadacollection@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you. We appreciate your understanding.

  • WHY CAN'T I RETURN MY ABAYA?

    As of February 28, 2024, we have updated our return policy and no longer accept returns on any purchases. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
